Required details
This form collects owner information, vehicle details, ID proofs, bank proof, RC images, odometer photo, and multiple car images so you can review host applications properly.
Owner details: full name, email, mobile number, current address.
Car details: name, model, variant, fuel type, transmission type.
Required uploads: RC front/back, Aadhaar front/back, PAN, car main image, 2-3 more car images, odometer image, bank proof.
After submit: save in MySQL, send admin email, and send thank-you email to customer.
