1. General

• These Terms apply to all bookings through GoRuBoy Car Rental.
• We may revise these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Booking & Payment

• Bookings must be made via our website or support team.
• Prices are in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment accepted via UPI, cards, or net banking.

3. Documents Required

• Valid Driving License (minimum 1 year old)
• Government-issued ID (Aadhar/Passport/Voter ID)
• Security deposit (refundable)

4. Rental Policy

• Vehicles must not be used for racing, illegal purposes, or under influence.
• Fuel is not included unless mentioned.
• Customer is responsible for traffic violations or fines during the rental period.

5. Pickup & Return

• Late return charges apply after 30-minute grace period.
• Early return does not qualify for refund.

6. Cancellation & Refund

• Cancel 24+ hrs in advance for 80% refund.
• No refund for cancellations under 24 hrs or no-show.
• Refunds processed in 5–7 business days.

7. Damage & Responsibility

• Renter is liable for any damage during rental.
• Inform us immediately in case of accidents or issues.
• Cleaning or repair charges may be deducted from deposit.

8. Insurance

• Vehicles come with third-party insurance.
• Personal accident cover not included unless specified.
• Insurance void if vehicle misused or terms violated.

9. User Conduct

• Users must provide accurate information and not misuse services.

10. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for indirect or accidental damages during use.

11. Privacy Policy

• We respect your privacy. Data is handled as per our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

• Subject to the jurisdiction of Gurgaon, Haryana, India.
