You must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driving license to use our Services. By booking a vehicle, you confirm that you meet all legal requirements to drive in your location and that the information provided by you is accurate and complete.

3. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation by Goruboy Car Rentals. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any booking at our discretion. Prices, rental periods, and other terms displayed at the time of booking will apply.

You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or on your behalf, including rental fees, security deposits, fuel charges, late fees, tolls, fines, and any additional costs as per our policy. Payments must be made through approved payment methods on the Website or at the time of pickup/delivery as instructed.

4. Security Deposit and Damages

A security deposit may be required at the time of vehicle handover. The deposit amount and refund policy will be communicated before booking confirmation. The deposit may be used to cover damages, traffic challans, fuel deficits, cleaning charges, or any other costs arising from your use of the vehicle.

You are responsible for any damage to the vehicle during your rental period, except for normal wear and tear. In case of an accident, theft, or misuse, you may be liable for repair costs, loss of rental income, and other related expenses as determined by us.

5. Use of Vehicle

You agree to use the vehicle responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Using the vehicle for illegal activities or purposes.
• Driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any intoxicating substance.
• Racing, off-roading, or reckless driving.
• Allowing an unauthorized person to drive the vehicle.
• Using the vehicle outside permitted geographical areas without prior approval.

Violation of these conditions may result in immediate termination of the rental, additional charges, and legal action.

6. Cancellations, Modifications, and Refunds

Cancellation and modification policies vary by vehicle, rental duration, and promotion. Specific terms will be shown at the time of booking. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the stated policy after deducting any non-refundable charges.

No-shows and late pickups may be treated as cancellations and may attract charges. We recommend reviewing the cancellation policy carefully before confirming your booking.

7. Traffic Fines and Penalties

You are solely responsible for all traffic violations, parking fines, toll charges, and penalties incurred during your rental period. If such fines are issued to us after your rental, we may charge your registered payment method or deduct from your security deposit, along with any administrative fees.

8. Breakdowns, Accidents, and Emergencies

In case of a breakdown, accident, or emergency:

• Notify us immediately using the contact details provided in your booking confirmation.
• Do not attempt major repairs yourself.
• In case of an accident, file a police report if required and share all details with us.

We will provide reasonable assistance, including replacement vehicles where available, but we are not liable for consequential losses such as delay, missed flights, or events.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Goruboy Car Rentals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or Services, including but not limited to loss of profit, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim related to your rental shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that specific booking, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Website and Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
